Program Intro

The 4 Week Weight Waster Program begins on Monday 5th October. It is a simple, sustainable weight loss program built around real food, daily movement, accountability and healthy habits. Designed by Saskia, drawing on the principles and education from her successful 6 Week Gut Reboot Program, this program helps you lose weight while also reducing inflammation, improving energy, supporting digestion and building long term health.

Once you register, you’ll be assigned a unique colour. Only you know which colour is yours. Each week, I’ll share an anonymous weight loss graph so you can see how you’re tracking compared to the rest of the group, while keeping everyone’s results private.

The Friday prior to the program you will be provided your Phase 1 Food List + link to a video explaining the daily essentials. You’ll also be added to the group WhatsApp chat.
