How the program works

Once you secure your start date, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started.

On Day 1, you’ll submit your starting weight and begin Phase 1. Throughout the program you’ll receive educational emails every second day, access to the private WhatsApp group and a weekly group video WhatsApp call if you’d like extra support.

Each Sunday you’ll submit your weight and receive an updated cohort weight loss graph so you can track your progress alongside the group.
