This 6 week Gut Reboot Program begins on Monday 10th August. It is a structured and supported reset designed to heal your gut microbiome, calm inflammation, reduce cravings, support weight loss, and restore your overall wellbeing.

What to expect
Before your start date
Once you purchase your spot on the program you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to download the App. You can book your 1-on-1 meeting times, fill in your rego forms and find your daily food log forms here. You will then be added to the WhatsApp group and private Instagram page. This gives you time to prepare, ask questions, and feel ready.
During the six weeks
You follow a gentle, step by step process designed to heal the gut.
