You receive a clear food list for each phase so you always know what to eat. The program focuses on whole foods, high plant diversity and simple, real ingredients. There is no calorie counting and no portion restriction.
Yes. You record your meals, steps, mood and a short reflection each day. This creates accountability and allows me to provide personalised guidance.
No. You can eat as much as you like from the approved food list. Most participants feel satisfied and more energised because the meals stabilise blood sugar and support digestion.
Most people experience reduced bloating, improved bowel movements, better sleep, steadier energy, clearer thinking and natural weight loss. Every participant so far has reported noticeable improvements by week two.
The daily education takes only a few minutes to read, plus an optional podcast that varies in length. Meals are simple to prepare and become easier as you learn the structure.
Each participant receives a 30 minute one on one session each week, a weekly group Zoom, and around the clock support from Saskia in the Whatsapp group. You also have the encouragement of your group, which most participants describe as a powerful part of the program.
The goal is 10,000 steps a day and gentle movement. Many people reach this by spreading shorter walks through the day, taking work break walks, parking further from the office or walking to the supermarket.
You finish with a strong understanding of how your body works, what foods support your gut and how to maintain your progress long term. Most people continue the habits naturally because they feel so much better
You will only need Whatsapp to join the support group. A welcome box will be posted to you with the small requirements needed for the program, plus a Beyond 3 recipe book.
