Before starting the Gut Reboot, I had reached a point where I knew something had to change. I was constantly run down, catching colds that dragged on for weeks, often ending with antibiotics, and after a bad reaction to one course, I realised I needed to focus on healing my gut and rebuilding my immunity. At the same time, I was dealing with daily headaches, nausea, and overwhelming fatigue. I relied on Panadol just to get through the day, but even after multiple medical investigations, I still had no answers. Deep down I suspected it was all connected, and that my gut health had been affected by years of antibiotics and constant pain relief.
