Why this recipe is good for your gut health
  • Oats provide beta-glucan, a well-studied prebiotic fibre that feeds good bacteria, stabilises blood sugar, and increases satiety.

  • Seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, and flax) add minerals, healthy fats, and additional fibre to support the microbiome and hormone balance.

  • Pistachios and coconut contribute plant protein and polyphenols, which increase microbial diversity.

  • Cacao delivers antioxidants that help protect the gut lining and support digestive well-being.

Together, these ingredients create a nutrient-dense, microbiome-friendly breakfast that supports digestion, steady energy, and long-lasting fuel throughout the day.
